Anastasia Pruden was born in Russia and at the age of 10 was adopted and raised by two loving parents in Long Island, New York. Although she began her journey in the fine arts as a painter, she evolved into a passionate photographer. Accepted into prestigious schools such as Long Island High School for the Arts in Syosset and USDAN in Wheatley Heights, she grew her talent and pursued an Associate’s Degree in photography at Suffolk Community College. Her photography has been showcased locally in publications and art galleries locally such as fotofoto in Huntington and abroad in Italy on a photography workshop in Gubbio, Tuscany during the summer of 2014. The photography from the workshop was then presented as a show for the Gubbio townspeople. Possessing an eye for unusual and inspiring situations, her photos capture the simple emotions that are sometimes overlooked. As such, Anastasia was honored to be included in “Who’s Who In America 2014”.
